James Horne, a specialist criminal law barrister, has recently appeared in a multi handed murder trial which was widely reported in the local and national news.
The case centred around a woman who recruited two men from a pub to murder her husband, for a promise of sex. The victim, Clifford Collinge, was found in a pool of blood with 46 separate injuries, using a metal clamp as the murder weapon.
Stephen Shreeves, together with co-accused Chrlotte Collinge and Kelvin Dale, were all found guilty following a lengthy trial at Nottingham Crown Court. They were sentenced to a total of 59 years.
