Jonathan has significant experience in matters relating to Trusts of Land issues following the breakdown of a relationship. Jonathan contributed to the second edition of the well regarded text 'Cohabitation and Trust of Land' [2010 Sweet and Maxwell]. In particular he is sought after for his expertise in matters under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.
