Bianca is a specialist Personal Injury practitioner.
Her practice includes both Claimant and Defendant and she is instructed by a range of local and regional firms.
She has considerable experience of cases involving:
Bianca provides written opinions and settles pleadings on personal injury matters in relation to road traffic accident and employer liability claims.
She accepts instructions on inquests of varying length, costs litigation concerning infant approvals and criminal injury compensation claims.
Bianca also undertakes work on a CFA basis where appropriate.

Bianca's Housing practice is developing and she has a keen interest in a range of housing issues, in particular:
General Civil
Bianca undertakes instructions in relation to contractural disputes and has considerable experience in settling pleadings in relation to breach of contract and defective workmanship.
She undertakes hearings in relation to bankruptcy and winding up orders. She is regularly instructed in respect of case management conferences, applications for default and summary judgement.
Bianca has a fast growing reputation for the work she undertakes in this field and strives to deliver exceptional levels of service to those instructing her.
Practice Summary
Bianca undertook her law degree in Northern Ireland before completing her BVC at the University of the West of England, Bristol. On being called to the bar, she undertook a fee earning role with a Belfast solicitors firm conducting claims involving personal injury and clinical negligence. She was also involved in a number of high profile murder trials.
In January 2005 she joined a national law firm in the personal injury department as a case handler before quickly moving into the advocacy department and thereby establishing the Leeds advocacy team. Bianca cross qualified to a solicitor in 2008. She remained within the advocacy department and taking instructions for fast and multi-track trials involving road traffic accidents, personal injury, credit hire and contractual disputes. Her role has involved her travelling around the country.
She was also instructed to undertake various mediations and negotiations concerning boundary disputes. Bianca obtained her higher rights of audience in both criminal and civil proceedings in January 2010. She rose within the firm to become a Senior Associate managing around 10 advocates across 2 offices before joining the Independent Bar.
